Managed the daily construction, testing and inspections (including civil and structural) for all work packages in the power block to ensure that the contractor's quality control program is being enforced to the contract technical documents.

Provided technical advice to the owner’s project site engineers and contractors during the review of contract documents, change orders and daily project issues. Managed project control by preventing scope change requests from overwhelming the project manage change control process on variations to project specification or contract terms with stakeholders, monitored against original project goals and objectives.

Work Packages Site Manager for a 2 x 110 MW combined cycle power plant   rehabilitation and recommissioning project managing a number of main contractors responsible for specific work packages related to the combined cycle plant. 

Among the work packages are the HRSG repair and recertification, Steam turbine and generator major overhaul, air cooled

condenser upgrading for higher

performance tube bundles, various sub systems for the water steam cycle such as the feedwater pumps, secondary cooling water system, dosing system, sampling system, various pressure vessels inspection and recertification, electrical and control/instrumentation system inspections and servicing as well as managing the hot commissioning work packages including GE Scope for the Turbine inspections.

Coordination off all daily boiler erections activities and work schedules, working very closely with the site management team Duro Dakovic Croatia. Supervision of

the final erection and pressure testing of the Water Steam Cycle pipework systems, reviewing the P&IDs and all ISOs for correct installation of all systems prior to

final inspections with the client and then releasing the systems for pressure testing to BS-EN 13480-5, finally completing the quality document test pack as per contract requirements for hand over to the

client.

from horizontal to vertical path of hot gasses extracted from the plant process, which previously resulted in many plant shutdowns to re line the Impact area of the Stack were the hot gases had burnt/eroded the Stack walls.
